May 15th, 2025 at 9 AM marks the beginning of Denver Design District Spring Launch Market! The day will begin with a Keynote Address from 9 AM to 10 AM, in partnership with CAI Designs, Verellen, and Luxe Interiors + Design Magazine, exploring this year’s theme, Rooted in Design. The keynote address will be followed by a reception at CAI Designs, a series of showroom presentations, open houses, refreshments, and parties!

The festivities will kick off the evening before, on May 14 from 5-8 pm, with a Rhythm and Hues: Street Fair, hosted by Interior Design Society (IDS Denver), DSKB Plumbing + Tile, Decorative Materials, and Luxe Interiors + Design Magazine. This festival will be at the Denver Design Center®, near DSKB Plumbing + Tile and Decorative Materials’ showrooms. There will be a live painting demonstration with Argentinian painter Diego Jaguart, networking opportunities, and empanadas from Maria Empanada to enjoy! More details to come.
On the morning of May 15, check-in will open at 8:30 am, and the Keynote Address will begin at 9 am. The Keynote Address will be moderated by Kelly Phillips Badal, Homes editor of Luxe Interiors + Design. She will facilitate an engaging discussion with Tom Verellen, CEO of Verellen Inc., and Thomas Verellen, Director of Sales. This year’s theme, Rooted in Design, will delve into Verellen’s journey and explore the foundational elements behind exceptional design.
Spring Launch Market promises a day filled with education and inspiration. After the Keynote Address, CAI Designs will host a reception in their showroom, providing attendees the chance to connect with the Verellen team and receive tailored feedback on their upcoming projects. Following the reception, the day will be filled with individual showroom presentations and open houses.
