Silano brings over 30 years of industry experience to the role, with extensive expertise in architecture and design sales, distribution, stone fabrication, and wholesale operations. Prior to joining Nemo Tile + Stone, he was the Co-Founder of The Stone Project. His impressive career also includes 15 years as one of the leaders of Stone Source LLC in New York City and served as the Northeast Regional Manager at FlorGres (now Florim Spa).
